Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $158000.00 - $193000.00

A growing OB/GYN practice on California's Central Coast is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative women's health team in a beautiful coastal community near Monterey.

Position Highlights:

• Join an established team of 8 OB/GYN Physicians , 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Urogynecologist, 1 Urogynecology PA, and Gynecologic Oncology support
• Outpatient clinic located across the street from Salinas Valley Health Medical Center
• 100% outpatient women's health
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• Strong physician mentorship and collaborative support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $158,000–$193,000
• Additional wRVU productivity compensation
• 30 days PTO (1.0 FTE)
• CME: $2,000 + 5 days
• 401(k) with employer match

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of women's health experience as an NP or PA beyond training
• Passion for providing comprehensive outpatient women's healthcare
• Excellent communication and collaborative team-based care skills
