Designing and delivering impactful sales training programs, the full-time Sales Trainer will enhance seller productivity and drive revenue outcomes through collaboration with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams, while working in a hybrid environment based in the Denver, Colorado metro area or remotely across the continental United States. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver various sales training programs, including self-paced, instructor-led, virtual, and in-person formats Facilitate onboarding programs that accelerate seller ramp and reinforce sales methodologies and tools Gather field feedback and measure training impact to continuously improve program relevance and effectiveness Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or quota-carrying B2B sales Proven experience facilitating live training for sales teams in both virtual and in-person settings Strong understanding of consultative selling and value-based sales motions Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, seller-friendly language Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
