Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online English Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to individual student needs through online teaching platforms
• Develop engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and language acquisition
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation
• Utilise various teaching tools and resources to enhance the learning experience
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson notes
• Adapt teaching methods for students with special educational needs or learning difficulties
• Communicate effectively with students and parents (where applicable) regarding progress and areas for development

Requirements

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English to Adults
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
• Experience working with Adult students is highly desirable
• Knowledge of specialised educational techniques for learners with additional needs is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup for online teaching
• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple lessons efficiently
• Passionate about education and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment
